Do you charge service fees like Airbnb?
No. Our rates do not include the short-stay platform fees, which usually range from 17% to 20%. That lowers your final cost.
Do you issue an invoice?
Yes. We issue a service invoice and/or a rental receipt, according to the plan built together with the client.
What's included in the stay?
Beyond delivering our units 100% functional and equipped, weekly or 10-day cleaning (according to the plan) is a commitment of our tenant, arranged through our referred partners. Double sets of linens, to be stored and swapped on cleaning and maintenance days. Fiber internet, hot/cold air conditioning, 24h front desk and a parking space. All monthly costs are included, except the unit’s water and electricity, which are metered and billed monthly.
Do I need a guarantor?
No. We work with a seasonal rental agreement, with the guarantee paid by security deposit, credit card or other means assessed by our legal team, according to the plan built for the rental and the client’s needs. No red tape, and it can be extended and amended for further periods under the Brazilian Tenancy Law (Law 8.245).
What is the minimum stay?
Our seasonal rentals are preferably medium and long stays (30 to 180 days, renewable), depending on the property and availability in each period.
How can I pay?
We accept credit card (card operator fees apply to installments), PIX, cash and bank slip. Please note that check-in is only released after payment confirmation, up to 24h before check-in.
